If you are under 18 years old, please read this policy carefully with the accompaniment of a guardian, fully understand it, and obtain the guardian's consent before using the audio separation software and related services.
Brief Overview of Sensitive Information Collection:
1.Third-party login authorization information: Apple login is used as the registration account.
2.Payment order information: Payment information within the app is used to identify paying members.
3.Device information: The app itself will not read or save your personal information. However, our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During application runtime, third-party DCloud will collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services. This is done to analyze and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and error logs, providing better services to users.
4.Access to photo albums and reading of SD card file permissions: When saving text-to-speech generated audio and video, access to photo albums, phone files, and reading SD card permissions will be granted with your consent.
How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
In accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, this software collects and uses your personal information for the following purposes:
1. Personal Information You Voluntarily Provide During the Provision of Products and/or Services
To fulfill our basic business functions, you need to provide us with your personal information. If you refuse to provide it, we will be unable to provide you with the corresponding services. Please note: if you provide personal information of someone else, please ensure that you have obtained the relevant individual's consent.
(1) If you choose to register for an account on this software, we need to obtain your WeChat third-party authorization login information to verify your identity. By logging into your account, you can view your history of works, consumption records, and membership status. After changing your device, you can view your related information by logging into your account, ensuring that your data will not be lost due to changing phones.
(2) When you use the function of separating sound from video/audio, with your consent to access photo albums, phone files, and read SD card permissions, we will read information such as pictures/videos, audios, and files from your phone to obtain your local audio, video, and picture lists, as well as text files for your selection.
(3) After you have completed the separation, if you choose to export it locally, we need to write to your phone's SD card to import your works locally.
(4) When you provide feedback through our customer service, make complaints, appeals, or consult related issues regarding Hihoo Technology products and services, to ensure the security of your account and the system, you need to provide us with your registered/login account for us to verify your user identity. If you do not provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the consultation results, but it will not affect your normal use of this product and/or service.
You understand and agree that the above services may require access to your device's photo album (image library), folders, etc., to collect and use information related to these permissions. You can check the status of these permissions item by item in your device settings, and decide whether to enable or disable these permissions at any time. Please note that enabling any permission means that you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide corresponding services to you. Once you disable any permission, it means that you withdraw your authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use the relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor can we provide you with the services corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information collection and use conducted based on your previous authorization.

In compliance with legal requirements and regulations, to ensure the security of your account and provide you with better services, we will collect and use the following information generated during your use of this software product and/or service:
(1) WeChat Third-party Authorization Information
This software uses your WeChat third-party authorization for login. The authorization information is provided by WeChat, such as WeChat nickname, WeChat openid, unionid, etc., and this type of information does not involve the security of your WeChat account itself.
(2) Log Information
When you use this software's products or services, to ensure that you can use the software services normally and ensure the security of your account, maintain the normal operation of the services, ensure service stability, and network security, the server of this software will automatically record logs related to operation processes and content.
(3) Location Information
The platform will not collect your location information.
(4) Browsing History
When you use this software product and/or service, in order to improve the relevant functions of this software product and/or service and provide you with a better service experience, we will collect your relevant browsing information, including viewed content, input text content, created works records, download records, and consumption records. The data of works and content you create, collect, and share, as well as membership status, will be transmitted to Hihoo Technology's servers, and stored and associated with your account information so that consistent services can be provided to you under the same account on different devices.
(5) Order Information
After you recharge or make transactions, we will collect the order information generated during your use of this software (order number, order source, user ID, order price, actual payment price, payment method (Alipay, WeChat), order creation time, order payment time), to display to you and facilitate your management of orders.
(6) Device Information
Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During the application runtime, we need to collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services, and analyze and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and error logs, providing better services to users.

If you use a third-party account (Apple) to log into this software account, we will collect the authorization from the third party. Hihoo Technology needs your authorization to obtain the above information from third parties in order to remember you as a user of this software, and to provide you with better products and services. We will only collect and use your personal information within the scope of your authorized consent. If you need to revoke authorization, you can follow the methods described in Article 7 of this policy to cancel the corresponding account or contact us according to the methods stipulated in Article 10 of this policy.
Personal Information We Obtain from Third Parties
If you use a third-party account (Apple) to log into this software account, we will collect the authorization from the third party. Hihoo Technology needs your authorization to obtain the above information from third parties in order to remember you as a user of this software, and to provide you with better products and services. We will only collect and use your personal information within the scope of your authorized consent. If you need to revoke authorization, you can follow the methods described in Article 7 of this policy to cancel the corresponding account or contact us according to the methods stipulated in Article 10 of this policy.
Data Security Measures
(1) Hihoo Technology will adopt security protection measures in accordance with industry standards, including establishing reasonable system norms and security technologies to prevent unauthorized access, usage, modification, damage, or loss of your personal information. For example, Hihoo Technology's network services adopt encryption technologies such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), providing browsing services through HTTPS to ensure the security of user data during transmission. We encrypt and store user personal information using encryption technologies (TLS, SSL), anonymization, and protection mechanisms, and implement isolation technologies for protection. We manage and regulate the storage and use of personal information through data classification and grading systems, data security management norms, and data security development specifications. Access to personal information is restricted to Hihoo Technology and its affiliates' employees and partners who need to know this information, and strict access control and monitoring mechanisms are implemented. Personnel who have access to your personal information are required to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to fulfill these obligations will result in legal liability or suspension of cooperation with Hihoo Technology. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law.
(3) The internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and methods of communication such as email, instant messaging, and communication with other users are not encrypted. We strongly advise you not to send personal information through such means. Please use complex passwords to assist us in ensuring the security of your account.
(4) The internet environment is not 100% secure. Hihoo Technology will make every effort to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to Hihoo Technology. If Hihoo Technology's physical, technical, or managerial protective facilities are compromised, leading to unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will assume corresponding legal responsibilities.
(5) In the event of a personal information security incident, Hihoo Technology will promptly inform you in accordance with legal requirements, including the basic situation and impact of the security incident, measures already taken or to be taken by Hihoo Technology, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. Hihoo Technology will timely inform you of the incident-related information via email, SMS, telephone, push notifications, etc. When it is difficult to inform each individual affected by the personal information security incident, we will release announcements in reasonable and effective ways.
